1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using RedForge Marketplace services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace. We may update these Terms from time to time; substantial changes will be communicated.
2. Scope of Marketplace
The marketplace connects buyers and sellers for services, digital goods, or consultations related to Reddit marketing. RedForge facilitates listings and may provide optional payment processing; we do not guarantee transactions or outcomes.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Listings & Content
Sellers must ensure listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws, subreddit rules, and platform policies. Listings must not be misleading or infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate policies.
5. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Payments between buyers and sellers may be processed through third-party payment providers. Fees for marketplace usage will be disclosed at listing or checkout. Refunds are handled according to the seller's stated policy and any applicable payment provider rules. Disputes should be raised promptly.
6. Prohibited Items & Activities
Prohibited activities include illegal goods/services, deceptive advertising, vote manipulation, doxxing, harassment, and other actions that violate Reddit policies or local law. Services that attempt to manipulate Reddit (vote-selling, astroturfing) are strictly prohibited.
7. Moderation & Enforcement
We may moderate listings and user conduct. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. We may cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable court orders.
8. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content but grant RedForge a license to display listings and content on the marketplace. You must have rights to any content you post and must not infringe third-party intellectual property.
9. Disputes Between Users
We are not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers. We may offer dispute resolution guidance but are not responsible for resolving every dispute. Users should communicate promptly and use provided dispute mechanisms where available.
10. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The marketplace and services are provided "as is" and "as available." RedForge disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, RedForge's liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid in the last 12 months; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the marketplace is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect and process personal data related to marketplace activity and Reddit campaign measurement.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior. Users may close their accounts following any outstanding obligations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws indicated in our main site footer (see company address). For users in the EU, you retain consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract.
